Kemflo Canada recently added a Dimensions 3-D printing machine to our long line of production methods. This allows us to build layer-by-layer models using ABS plastics. Our engineers can use this tool to evaluate design concepts and test models for form, fit and functionality. We are then able to produce quick models which our engineers can then use to change, adjust and better the product.

Kemflo Canada offers different prototyping capabilities to our customers depending on the design and complexity of a part. We can offer cost effective machined prototypes for basic fit and function or more advanced SLA and SLS prototyping for more complicated and detailed part design. We also offer low-cost tooling solutions such as aluminum molds for prototyping and low volume production.
